FLOW CONTROL

RUST PROTECTION

WATER SHORTAGE PROTECTION
The pump running more than 6-8 minutes of anhydrous automatic power -off, then every 1 hours to restart, detecting whether water, untll the nomma
water supply.

EXTEND THE STARTUP
Do not immediately strt the pump after electrifying, but delay 3 seconds to start the pump, to reduce power impact, no spark, you are more to protect
personal safety.

OVERHEATING PROTECTION
The motor is equipped with overheating protecion device, prevent the non normal use under the condition of burning motor.

NON FREQUENT START
When the normal operation ol the water pump , if the pressure is reached ,the water pump will not automatically shut down, know when completely without
water, the water does not flow, the microcomputer system wil automatically detect and control motor deceleration stop.

MICROCOMPUTER CONTROL
Bidirectinal control system, when the pressure control system into protection, automatically switch to the flow control system, ensure the normal supply
of water pump.

PRODUCT STRUCTURE
 

1.Adapt PC chip to control electronic pressure switch, avoid frequent jump of pressure switch, long service life;
2.If the device is not used for a long time, it is forced to start for 10 seconds every 72 hours to avoid machine jam;
3.When the water inlet is short of water, the water pump will be continuously tested for 8 minutes and automatically enter the water
shortage protection system to avoid the water pump running for a long time without water;
4.Add the startup delay function, When the pump is inserted into the socket, the startup delay is 3seconds, which prevents sparks
from the socket and protects personal safety ;
5.Increase the flow sensor, to achieve the effect of pressure stabilization, avoid water flow suddenly big or small;
6.Adapt flow priority system, pump use to the extreme, truly reaching full pressure use;
